Brian leads our transactional, business, and real estate practices utilizing his vast experience. He has developed experience with over 40 years of practice in negotiating contracts, handling business and real estate purchases, sales, leasing and refinancing, and when needed, business and real estate litigation.

Brian focuses on zoning and land use matters, and has represented builders, developers, and land use boards throughout his career. He has appeared before over 30 boards in over a dozen different counties in New Jersey and currently represents two land use boards.

Brian is also an essential part of our civil litigation practice, particularly in business, commercial, real estate and creditors’ rights litigation. He has extensive experience in representing parties in business disputes that result in litigation or arbitration, having successfully brought many actions on emergent bases as well as successfully mediating or trying business dispute cases. Brian is also adept at representing creditors in bankruptcy courts, utilizing his combined knowledge of real estate and creditors’ rights law.

Maged leads our substantial creditors’ rights practice and supervises our collection department. He focuses his practice on litigating civil cases in the areas of creditors’ rights, personal injury, and employment law (prosecution and defense of harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims). Maged also has extensive experience providing legal advice to employers regarding employment matters and litigation. Maged has broad experience in business and real estate transactions and litigation. Maged continues to represent defendants in criminal matters pending in the Superior and Municipal Courts throughout the State of New Jersey.

Before he entered the legal profession, Christopher Olsen obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Rutgers University. He continued at Rutgers as a law student, enrolling in the university's esteemed law school. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers and moved on to the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University, where he eventually obtained his Master of Laws in Trial Advocacy. His strong academic background has continually proven an asset in and out of court.

After he earned multiple legal degrees, Christopher Olsen began his career with Lavin, Coleman, O'Neil, Ricci, Finarelli & Gray. He was an associate attorney there for several years and then spent several additional years with Olsen & Henry, LLC. He has spent the last decade providing criminal defense in Somerset and Mercer Counties through the Law Office of Christopher Olsen.
